Why should you become a member?

Are you a person suffering from Diabetes ?
- Is there a family history of Diabetes in your family ?
- Do you know that there are over 30,000 persons living with Diabetes in Malta?
- Do you wish to contribute towards educating Maltese society on this condition?

If your answer to any of the above questions is YES, then you definitely should consider becoming a member of our Association.

 

What is the fee and the benefits of a membership?
The annual subscription fee is Euro 11.65. This will entitle you to the following:

•	Free subscription to the Association's magazine, "Id-Dijabete w Sahhtek" issued three times a year. This magazine is packed with news and information.
•	Regular updates from the International Diabetes Federation and other leading organisations.
•	Monthly educational talks by health professionals.
•	Special prices on blood glucose monitors and sensor strips.
•	Qualified Nursing advise by our in-house nurse. These sessions are held every Wednesday at the Association's offices in Valletta from 09.00 hours to 12.00 hours.
